If you are looking for my personal choice, well it has to be WordPress, I’m comfortable with it’s ease of use and versatility, it’s perfect for all types of uses, business, portfolios, classifieds, directories and because of it’s large following has an amazing amount of free and paid themes that you can customise. But as I said before WordPress is a little more complicated than Blogger or Live Journal to setup, however once you have passed the setup process it’s un beatable. Go with what you feel comfortable with.
